 As we are starting to work on case formulation, I thought it would be straight forward to find a simple template online. But no, after wasting 30 minutes browsing images and sites and trying to find something to download, I decided it would be easier to just quickly make my own. It's not amazing, but its clear and simple. It's in colour and black white, and you can DOWNLOAD HERE .  On my journey I did find THIS PAGE that was quite interesting/useful.

Sternberg's Triangle Theory of Love proposes there are three components of what is typically ideal in the Western paradigm of "true love" and can potentially adapted for any kind of love. The three components (in purple in the diagram) are passion, intimacy and commitment/decision. There are seven possibilities when combining these with the culminating balance of all components being consummate love. The theory is dynamic as each of the components change over time.
